It was great to see new faces again at the final planning meeting for the Guelph project. It is hard though, with different people every time, to not feel like you are starting again each week, but it was still a very productive session. We decided on Wednesdays 4:30-6:30 as our time, played a little with the equipment collected so far and spoke about the upcoming workshops. Emails were sent out to a number of lists on campus including lists for CSA clubs and societies members, Centre for Students with Disabilities, International Students, School of English and Theatre Studies graduate students and ICASP research group members. Posters were distributed through CSA, and by members themselves. It is all happening!
